Inside Sales Coordinator

Northern Prime Compressed Air Inc is a leading industry specialist in compressed air equipment consultation, design, supply and installation, repairs and maintenance.
Our primary focus is to provide expert solutions and white glove customer service to industrial manufacturing facilities across Southern Ontario.
We’re looking for an INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR to join our team!
Job Description
The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking sales appointments / meetings
- Prepare and process quotes, proposals and sales orders accurately and promptly
- Follow up on leads, quotes and customer requests to support sales conversion
- Maintain and update customer records in Software system
- Coordinate with outside sales representatives and internal teams (Purchasing / Service Dept)
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Requirements
- Strong telephone communication and sales skills, with the ability to close or advance sales opportunities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and with a team
- Computer efficiency in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and CRM Software
- 1-2 years Sales administration experience
- An ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn and show initiative
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong work ethic
